Just browsed the other forum and saw they had rankings posted. While it seems like a good effort, it appears someone didnt do enough research as several are out of place. Example, Brett Clark of Scottsboro should be #1 based on head to head matchup with Hank Turner yet they have Turner first. Also, several kids in wrong weights and accolades wrong such as Arick Shankles listed as a 2x state champion and BJ Hayes as only a single state champ.

Alabamawrestling.net has linked to the rankings at www.southeastwrestling.com. They seem to do a very good job. It looks to be updated once a month. You can get a quick glimpse of their top ranked guys in each class at the high school page.They also rank GA and FLA |

Rankings are meaningless until after Christmas. Guys will be changing weights at that time.

Rankings are always meaningless. But they are a good starting place for discussion.

I just know my kid is ranked at a weight he will not be wrestling at state.
